This policy explains what information Western NY Dumpster Rentals (“we”, “us”) collects when you rent a dumpster from us — on this website, by phone, or through an AI assistant acting for you — and what we do with it.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to send marketing you didn’t ask for.
Only the service providers that run the parts of our business named here, and only what each needs:
Addresses are checked against map data on our own servers, not sent to a third-party mapping service. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights (for example, to collect an unpaid balance).
If you ask an AI assistant (such as Meta’s Muse) to book with us, it sends us the details you give it for the booking, and we treat them as described in this policy. What the assistant itself keeps is covered by that provider’s own privacy policy, not this one.
Our own pages don’t set cookies. Google Analytics sets cookies to count visits and see how people find us; you can block them in your browser settings without affecting booking.
We keep booking, payment and job records for as long as we need them to provide the rental and meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations — generally at least three years after your rental. Email copies are kept for our records for the same period.
Information is stored on access-controlled systems, transmitted over encrypted connections, and available only to staff who need it to do their jobs.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it where we aren’t required to keep it. Contact us using the details below.
Our service is for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.
If we change this policy we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
